Specialty Coffee & Provisions

Where every cup
tells a story.

Slow-roasted, single-origin coffee served in a space designed for lingering. We believe in the ritual — the warmth of a ceramic mug, the quiet of a morning well spent.

12 Years roasting

Rooted in craft,
steeped in warmth.

Ember & Oak started as a weekend farmers market stand with a hand-crank grinder and a dream. Twelve years later, we still source every bean directly from small-farm cooperatives, roast in-house weekly, and grind to order.

Our space was built to feel like a home — reclaimed wood, warm light, and the kind of quiet that invites you to stay a little longer. No laptop timers, no rushed service. Just good coffee, served slowly.
